Naseem Shah, the talented Pakistani fast-bowler, has impressed everyone with his skillful bowling. Recent statistics have further highlighted his talent, with an economy rate of 6.06 in T20 cricket since the T20 World Cup in 2020, and a remarkable run rate of 6.56 per over during the final phase of the innings.
Currently playing for the Quetta Gladiators in the PSL season eight, Shah has taken two wickets in three matches with an impressive economy rate of 5.4. In his international career, he has taken 74 wickets in 15 Tests, five ODIs, and 16 T20Is. During an exclusive interview, Shah said that he focuses on giving his best performance to help his team win, and he never targets individual batters.
During an interview, he evaluated all teams participating in the PSL to be equally strong. He highlighted the importance of fielding, which could prove to be a critical factor in creating a difference among the teams. He stated that on batting-friendly pitches, efforts made while fielding can assist in saving runs, which could make a significant impact in the game. According to him, all teams have top-class players, and no team should be taken lightly because in T20 cricket, even the strongest teams can lose if it's their opponents' day.
